Our origin story
With three decades of experience under our belt, we’ve mastered our craft!
In 2018, Palette Software acquired its industry peer, Centsoft, with both companies being leading Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) providers of cloud-based electronic invoice management. Palette Software, which targets medium-sized companies, and Centsoft, which focuses on small to medium-sized businesses, complement each other well. Together, they create a strong international presence with a competitive offering and ambitious growth plans on both sides of the Atlantic.
For customers, the rebranding resulted in a subtle update of the interface and the addition of new functionalities such as AI for increased automation. Additionally, an Insights Dashboard was launched, providing customers with a new level of analysis and opportunities to optimize the invoice process. With the introduction of the new brand and the acquisition by new owner Altor in July 2021, the next phase of the growth journey commenced.
