By sending us your application you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed according to this Recruitment Privacy Policy. Rillion reserves the right to revise the Recruitment Privacy Policy at any time. We collect your data
At Rillion we collect candidates’ personal data, such as name, contact details, address, curriculum vitae/resume, and cover letter, directly from the applicant when they apply for a position at Rillion, providing personal data about themselves either personally or by using a third-party source, such as LinkedIn. If a candidate agrees to further steps in the recruitment process, interview and reference notes and tests results can and will be added to the processing of personal data. We also engage third-parties vendors providing background checks.
We may also collect data via sourcing or referrals. We source candidates from third-party sources, such as LinkedIn and through other public sources, such as webpages. We may also collect data via our employees who can refer a potential candidate.
Why we collect and process your data
Rillion’s overall purpose for processing your personal data is to find, hire and pre-board suitable candidates to Rillion. The processing of your personal is based on a balancing of interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), since Rillion has determined that we have a legitimate interest in recruiting employees. We may also retain your personal data in our candidate database for the purposes of future recruitments if you have given your consent to this. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us.
How we share your personal data
Your personal data may be shared with other companies in the Rillion Group with the purpose to be processed within an ongoing recruitment process or future recruitment. We also engage third-parties vendors providing background checks.
The time we will keep your personal data
Your personal data is only kept and used by Rillion for the time periods necessary to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected. If you have agreed to let us retain your data in our candidate system for future potential recruitment, we will retain your data until you ask us to delete it or when we consider it not relevant in relation to our foreseeable recruitment plans.
Requests or questions regarding processing of your personal data
You have several rights in relation to the processing of your personal data.

You are entitled to, upon request, receive information if Rillion processes personal data about you, and to receive a copy of such data. - Right to rectification:
