Is there a limit on the number of users or seats in each package?
We want you to get the best out of our product and therefore the number of users are unlimited regardless of package.

The number of legal entities are unlimited regardless of package.
Are there any limitations on features in each package?
The availability of functions differs between packages, with more functionality being available and/or included in the higher tiers. Take a look at the product site or contact sales if you have questions!
Can I customize a plan if I need features from multiple packages?
Features available per package can be seen in the comparison table. with all features being available or included on the higher tiers.
Do you offer a trial period?
Due to the initial setup needed to integrate our product with your ERP, we unfortunately cannot offer a trial period at this point but it is something we are investigating for the future.
Are there any setup fees associated with subscribing to a package?
There is an initial setup fee associated with implementing Rillion for the first time and integrating it with your ERP system. The fee varies depending on the specific product you’re purchasing and your ERP system.
Is there a minimum contract term for each package?
The minimum contract term is 12 month regardless of package.
How often are prices subject to change?
Our pricing is subject to annual adjustments. Details regarding price increases can be found in our terms and conditions.
What level of customer support is provided in each package?
All packages have access to our highly appreciated local language support. The higher tiers are also offering dedicated customer success managers and Service delivery manager to make sure you get to most out of the product.
How often do you release updates or new features?
As a Saas company we frequently do updates to our solution to enhance the experience for you as a customer.
Can I switch between packages if my business needs change?
We understand that business needs change over time and we want to support your automation journey at all stages. For specific package questions related to your current business needs, please reach out to your account manager.
What happens with our existing set-up when we move to the new packages?
There is no technical implications in the “migration”, except possibly new functions & features. Depending on your current product and version and what package you move to, your settings will be unchanged or migrated to fit the new package.
