Metropolia is an international university of applied sciences operating in the capital region of Finland. It builds the future and brings experts to the fields of culture, business, social and health care, and technology. Metropolia consists of more than 17,000 students and more than 1,000 experts.
Metropolia hoped to improve the processing of purchase invoices and decided to replace their AP system with the solution Rillion Prime.
It was important for the customer to have a solution with integrated AI and document management feature, which enables cost-effective document management. Metropolia has 15,000 purchase invoices per year.
The tendering process included several different systems and suppliers and Metropolia ended up choosing Rillion’s AI-based purchase-to-pay solution. Rillion’s system enables both purchase and document processing in one unified system.
